New Year

Since I'm not very good at posting about my life, here's an update.
It's a new year, and a new semester. I'm still working for the bank, waiting to hear whether I get a raise and how much my bonus will be(if I get one, I'm keeping my fingers crossed). Working on employee performance reviews, which are never fun. And waiting for Dan to be done with school. Last semester until he graduates and I'm so proud.
Dan was accepted into the New York Internship program at BYU and we found out he will be interning with Newsweek for six weeks starting in May. Luckily I get to go with him, because I would be too sad to be away from him for those long six weeks. I plan on doing lots of updating on my blog while I'm there. Making it my journal of adventures. We are very excited to be living in the big city, even if we'll be living poorly, we'll still be living that life together.
Dan also got a part-time job working at BYU, writing for one of the colleges. I'm just glad to be having another paycheck come in.
This year has lots of decisions ahead for us. After Dan graduates we actually have to figure life out instead of playing it by ear. Not sure where we'll end up. We always hope that we'll stay in Utah, but it won't be too bad if we have to spend a few years out of state figuring out our careers. Hopefully good things to come.
