Thanksgiving time is a lovely time. Of course we have the big meal, we watch all the football, we spend loads of time with the family, but are we remembering what we're the meaning of Thanksgiving is all about. Are we thinking about all those many blessings we have in our lives, all the things we have to be thankful for?
Here are the 20 things I'm thankful for:
20-Blankets to keep me warm, since I'm always cold.
19-Shoes
18-Cuddling up and reading a book(currently 'Silence of God')
17-The star my employees made me, since I'm a rockstar.
16-Friends
15-Dan doing the laundry all the time.
14-My Employees
13-Hot Chocolate
12-My Christmas Tree
11-Thanksgiving dinner
10-Dan's Family
9-My family
8-Going to Church
7-The Gospel
6-Reading my scriptures
5-The temple
4-Being married to Dan in the temple, for time and all eternity
3-The Priesthood
2-My small little apartment
1-My husband, Daniel Bok-Yihn Ng, best thing that ever happened to me.
I hope you all know how thankful I am for all of you. Thanks for being in my life!

Construction Anxiety
Okay, not be a complainer, but I really am going to go ahead and complain. Who ever invented the construction on I-15 are complete idiots, okay I might be blaming the Govenor but it's really just a bad call. I don't even know how they're improving anything. They have constricted lanes going south bound through Utah county to 3 lanes, and you know people in Utah this automatically means we need to go 10 miles an hour. This project apparently is going on for two weeks and takes me about 2 hours to get home from work every night. New update as of today, they are starting the same sort of work on the north bound lanes on the 22nd overlapping a few days with the south bound construction. Therefore, it is going to take me around 2 hours to get to work and then 2 hours to get home. Now ask me if this makes me happy? NO! Not at all. It's frustrating, it's time consuming, it effects the branch that I work at, and it effects my mood at home. Not okay with it at all.
Deep breaths, head aches, probably crying breakdowns are all a result of these actions. And who do I have to talk to or blame. No one, so I just have to sit and wait for it to be over. What so now I get to leave my house at 6 am to get to work at 8 to work eight hours and then commute again for two hours to get home at what 8pm. Don't worry I've already apologized to Dan in advance for how crazy I'm going to be for the next little while. He's such a good husband!
Hopefully I can make it through these next few weeks of construction and hopefully I can have a positive attitude about it. Truthfully I will try, but who knows what that much time will do to me in a car. Craziness!

Second Attempt
Alright this is my new attempt at blogging, I don't know how successful I will be, but I am trying. I figured I needed a blog that would include my loving husband, so here it is!
Dan and I currently live in Provo not to far from BYU campus and I currently work in West Jordan, oh how I love commuting. Not only do I love it, but I also love the traffic that comes with it, and not only that but I also love the construction. Oh the wonderful idea of redoing the freeway from Springville to American Fork and then also 123rd to 106th South in Salt Lake, it causes much fun for us lovely commuters.
Currently Dan is applying for internships all over the United States, and we are waiting to see where we'll be going this next summer. Whether it is Florida or New York or maybe we'll just stay in Utah. No matter where it is, it will be the experience that will matter. We're very excited to take this step. I especially am excited, because that's one more step towards Dan graduating and me quitting my job. Ha! Okay, truthfully I don't know if I could just stop working, but we'll see what happens when we cross that road.
I love working in a management position, it's so fun to deal with all those customers that are already so angry by the time that they get to you that they think you should just bend over backwards for them and do whatever they ask. Truthfully that doesn't usually happen, I have to explain why we're not able to do certain things and I can either solve the problem or they end up leaving upset.
Well that's all for first attempt at second blog attempt. Wish me luck!
